tips for dying #2: use the stairs

If you find your self spending days in the hospital, you will feel yourself atrophy.  Be sure to take frequent breaks and use the stairs.  The elevators are disgusting germ machines where people sneeze and cough.  Elevators are a sanctuary where you can run and no one cares.
